These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZapBz website, WhatsApp transcription and translation service, ZapBot, AI commands, and the prepaid Zap wallet operated by Zap Business LLC. By creating an account - on the website or by replying "agree" in the WhatsApp signup flow - you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Zap Business LLC operates the ZapBz service at https://zap.bz. You can contact us about these terms, billing, or refunds at info@zap.bz.
2. The Service
ZapBz provides WhatsApp voice-note transcription, translation, YouTube-link transcription, AI answers via the /zap and /question commands, custom sticker generation, and related account tools, billed against a prepaid wallet. Features, models, and pricing may change as the service evolves; current pricing is shown on the Pricing section of the website and in the /help command.
3. Zap Wallet - Closed-Loop Prepaid Credit
Your Zap wallet balance is closed-loop prepaid credit. It can be spent ONLY on Zap services. It is not money, not a deposit, and not a payment instrument.
- Credit is non-transferable: it cannot be sent to another user or another account.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash, except through the refund process described in section 5.
- Credit cannot be used to pay anyone other than Zap Business LLC and is not a gift card.
- Credit never expires while your account remains open, and earns no interest.
- Top-ups are limited to $2,000 per account per day and a $2,000 maximum wallet balance, with a $5 minimum and $500 maximum per payment. We may lower your limits for fraud-prevention reasons.
- Promotional credit (signup credit, top-up bonuses, referral credit) has no cash value and is never refundable.
4. Top-Ups and Payment Processing
Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe (and, during the transition period, PayPal). Card details are entered on the processor's own secure page and never reach ZapBz servers; we store only payment references, amounts, and ledger records. The charge appears on your statement with our descriptor (for Stripe payments, "ZAP.BZ CREDIT"). If you pay through a payment link you received in WhatsApp, the credit is applied to the account the link was created for, which is shown on the payment page.
5. Refunds
The full process lives in the Refund Policy; in short:
- You may request a refund of a top-up within 90 days of payment, using the /refund command in WhatsApp or by emailing info@zap.bz.
- Refunds are reviewed and approved at our discretion and are issued to the original payment method.
- Only unspent credit can be refunded: if your wallet balance no longer covers the amount of the original top-up, that top-up (or the spent portion of it) is not refundable.
- Refunded amounts are deducted from your wallet immediately when the refund is approved; the card refund typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a top-up with your bank or card issuer, the disputed amount is removed from your wallet immediately and your account is placed under review while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in your favor with us, the credit is restored. Filing a chargeback instead of using the refund process, or repeated chargebacks, may result in account suspension. If a dispute leaves your wallet negative, we may recover the shortfall before restoring service.
7. Acceptable Use
- You must provide accurate signup information and may only connect WhatsApp numbers you own or are authorized to use.
- One account per person or business; creating accounts to farm signup or referral credit is prohibited.
- You may not use ZapBz for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or to process content you have no right to process.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the payment system, or create fraud risk. Unspent purchased credit on a closed account is handled through the refund process in section 5.
8. WhatsApp Connection
Connected WhatsApp accounts currently use WhatsApp linked-device pairing, an unofficial integration that Meta may restrict at any time; you accept that availability risk. Details about how messages, audio, and AI sub-processors are handled are in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is". Transcripts, translations, and AI answers may contain errors and are not legal, medical, financial, immigration, or emergency advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zap Business LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by WhatsApp or payment-provider outages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as ZapBz changes. The updated terms will be posted at https://zap.bz/terms with a new effective date; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
